Delivery Zones

• Canada & USA: We currently deliver to these regions.
• International Orders: For special requests, contact us at info@stargirlgems.ca.

Delivery Times

• Order Processing: Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing after payment confirmation.
• Track Your Order: Shipping details, including carrier and tracking number, will be shared via email once your order is dispatched.
• Canada:
  • Standard: 3-9 business days
  • Express: 1-2 business days
• USA:
  • Standard: 4-9 business days
  • Express: 2-3 business days

Delivery Fees

• Canada:
  • Free shipping for orders over $40 (after discounts)
  • Standard shipping on orders between $0 and $40: $8 
    
  • Express shipping: $15
• USA:
  • Free shipping for orders over $150.
  • Standard shipping: $20
    
  • Express shipping: $35

Taxes & Customs Duties

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country’s customs authorities.
• These fees are not included in product prices or delivery charges.

• For delivery issues, contact us immediately at info@stargirlgems.ca, and we’ll assist in resolving the problem promptly.

Responsibility

• Star Girl Gems is not liable for delays, loss, or theft after your package is handed over to the shipping carrier.
• Ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, you’ll be notified and charged additional fees for re-shipping.
